    2. What is this? The following slides are a compilation of resources that I learned about from the Tennessee Educator Technology Conference 2011. I tried to take all the resources listed and compile them into a Power Point Presentation so that they would all be in one spot for you. There are a few handouts that I didnt compile into the Power Point that you might want, so I will be copying those and placing them in your box soon.

Demibooks Demibooks Composer is a free download for ipad now but it wont stay that way! (Includes Ask Dr. Math) Parents can use this to help their children with their math. www.aaamath.com customized by grade level and topic.     10. Lets Give Them Something to Talk About: Audio in the Classroom Go to : www.jillhines.com and click on Handouts. Scroll down and on the right hand side you will see Audio in the Classroom. (This is a must see site!) Examples from her site include: Audacity Recording Software Voki Animated Avatars Photoface Upload a photo (Any picture) and it will turn the picture into an animated avatar and say whatever you would like for it to.

    19. RESOURCE OVERLOAD! After the conference I felt like I was in resource overload mode, and Im sure you are probably feeling that way after seeing this presentation as well. My advice is to check out a web site each day and try to think of ways you might could utilize them in your classroom. Also, if you teach a certain subject area then you might can delete some of the slides that dont pertain to you and it will seem a little less overwhelming.
