In GIRAVOLLEY tournaments, young kids win all the time, against the oldest of the normal volley at school ?

( 1st Soccer ; 2nd Basket and Volley ; 3rd Handball )
Physical education - two lessons per week
Volleyball - only 8/12 units per year
Vb at school ( 6X6 ), different from ours proposals ( 2X2 )
More seniors team ( m & f ) then the young ones
National male senior team are our pride and joy, but …
young national teams, aren`t so strong as ten years ago
Cooperation only between FPV and the Municipalities
15. Vb is feet movement and ball control
Up to the 9th grade, we only teach setting
The more simple the better ( only one skill )
We begin playing : 1 X 1; 2 X 2, and so on
Simple rules : serve, receive, attack in SET
Only setting, the kids could love this game.
16. The best evaluation is made through competition
( pedagogic way - step by step )
School activities are made with small games, in order to:
- stimulate good skills movements
- good trajectories calculation
- GIRA VOLLEY is 2 x 2 -
Because it’s easy, fun and competitive.
Because boys and girls compete as equals.
Only rules are changed (teachers` rules)
