Community Resource Coordination Groups (CRCGs) are local interagency teams that unite public and private agencies to develop tailored service plans for individuals in need. This collaborative effort aims to improve access to essential resources such as housing, mental health services, and nutrition for students facing various obstacles. By enhancing communication and coordination among schools, counselors, and community agencies, CRCGs provide a comprehensive support system to foster children's well-being and academic success. The initiative includes implementing a Basic Needs Portal to streamline the process and improve service delivery.
