The initiative includes implementing a Basic Needs Portal to streamline the process and improve service delivery.

  3. What Are CRCGs? Community Resource Coordination Groups are local interagency groups composed of public and private agencies that develop service plans for individuals whose needs can be met through interagency coordination and cooperation.
