2012-2014. El nuevo escudo de Rivas consta de la corona Real borbónica, idéntica a la de la Comunidad de Madrid. En su centro lleva un triángulo de color blanco con una estrella roja de ocho puntas. El fondo del escudo es de color rojo , del mismo tono que la bandera regional.

  2. El nuevo escudo de Rivas consta de la corona Real borbónica, idéntica a la de la Comunidad de Madrid. En su centro lleva un triángulo de color blanco con una estrella roja de ocho puntas. El fondo del escudo es de color rojo , del mismo tono que la bandera regional. Nos recuerda la relación equilibrada entre el centro y la periferia. La roseta simboliza la apuesta que la ciudad ha hecho por las energías limpias y en concreto por la Energía solar.

  3. This is the emblem of Rivas. It has a Bourbon crown that is the same that appears in the Community of Madrid emblem. There is a perfored red, eight points star which is inside of a white triangle. The background of the emblem is red in the same shade that the regional flag. It reminds us the well-balanced relationship between the city centre and the suburbs. The star means the commitment of our city to the renewable energy, and specially to the solar energy.

  5. This is the flag of Rivas. It´s red with a perfored white eight points star in its centre.

  7. Es de color rojo en homenaje a las comunidades de Castilla-León y de Castilla la Mancha. Lleva siete estrellas de plata tomadas del escudo de la ciudad de Madrid y dos castillos que representan la vinculación de Madrid con las dos Castillas y su posición geográfica entre ambas. La corona que lleva encima simboliza las funciones del rey.

  8. This emblem is red as a tribute to the Castilla y Leon and Castilla La Mancha Comunities. It has seven silver stars that are the same included in the Madrid city emblem. It has two castles that symbolize the connection of Madrid to the two Castillas and its geographical position between them. The crown, that is over it, symbolize the king duties.

Es de color rojo con siete estrellas blancas de cinco puntas en el centro, alineadas en dos hileras, cuatro arriba y tres abajo, que representan las siete estrellas de la Osa Mayor que puede verse hacia el norte coronando la Sierra de Guadarrama. Cada estrella tiene cinco puntas igual que el número de provincias que limitan con la Comunidad de Madrid: Toledo, Cuenca, Guadalajara, Segovia y Ávila.

  11. This flag is red with seven white stars in its centre. The stars are in two different lines; four in the upper line and three in the lower one. These stars symbolize the seven stars of the Great Bear constellation, that can be seen towards the North, crowning the sky in “Sierra de Guadarrama” mountains. Each star has five points like the number of provinces that border the Comunity of Madrid: Toledo, Cuenca, Guadalajara, Segovia y Ávila.

  13. La bandera municipal de Madrid es de color carmesí con el escudo de la ciudad situado en el centro. ESCUDO El oso figura porque estos animales fueron abundantes en la comunidad en tiempos lejanos. El madroño resulta de los pleitos que antiguamente hubo entre la Iglesia y el Ayuntamiento por la propiedad de los montes y pastos, llegando al acuerdo de que los árboles serían propiedad del Ayuntamiento. Lleva siete estrellas de plata sobre fondo azul que tienen su origen en las siete estrellas de la constelación de la Osa Mayor. El rey Carlos I distinguió a la ciudad con los títulos de Coronada e Imperial otorgándole la corona al escudo.

  14. This flag has a deep red colour with the city emblem in its centre. EMBLEM The bear simbolize the big amount of them that there were in our region long time ago. The strawberry tree is the name of the tree that appear here. This tree symbolize the fight that there was between the Church and the town hall to be the owners of the mountains and grass that there were in Madrid. At the end they made an agreement deciding that the town-hall will be the owner of the trees. This emblem has seven silver stars over a blue background (the seven stars of the Plough). The king Carlos I gave to the city the title of crowned and imperial through the crown that appear in the emblem.
