  4. 300 HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE The 300 hour YTTC at India Yoga mainly focuses on Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinayasa, Yin yoga; it engages the student in the study of the Patanjali Sutras, yoga therapy, and Pranayam (the science of breath), understanding human anatomy & bodily functions in association to traditional & modern yoga practices. We connect to the spiritual anatomy of our systems through meditations, yoga, Ayurveda and knowing the work of life in each yogic posture that we practice through our program.
