  8. Step 3: Look for the most people are willing to pay!

  9. Step 4: Uncheck boxes for Couples and businesses…Do families want to pay more, the same or less than the entire population

  10. Step 5: Close your last survey and create a new one

  11. Step 5: Select Where in the city do you usually dine? And Do you eat out for business, couple, or family.

  12. Step 5: Uncheck the boxes for couples and families and answer the question.

  13. Step 6: Click Start and run the simulation until January 18, 2014

  15. Step 1: Hover over all yellow houses (restaurants) and find the highest and lowest Weekly Rent.

  16. Step 2: Highlight over available restaurant locations and find the one with the most business people within 5 blocks.

  17. Step 3: Click Dining view and start simulation. Run for about a week. Go to You are viewing and select Le Café. Take a look at the people inside. Select another restaurant and watch the people inside. Find the restaurant with business people.

  18. Step 4: Select Actions, Open New Restaurant, and find a location with business people near by and by another successful restaurant.

  19. Step 4: Run simulation for about two weeks. Check to see at the bottom (profit) to see if you are making money (updates very Sunday).
