Why Wedges are important A few reasons why wedges are important are… • It is handy when you are holding the door for a lot of people. • Also it is helpful when you need to cut wood. • If you have a hammer, one side is a wedge! It is commonly used to remove nails. • It is also helpful because you can slide your foot in a shoe much easier with a shoe wedge.
What are they made out of • Wood • Metal • Iron • Plastic(sometimes)
What is the difference between a shoe and a simple machine wedge? • A simple machine wedge is a wedge that could be used and help you with many things. For example, chopping wood, holding doors, getting nails out of things ext. • A shoe wedge • A shoe wedge is made for fashion, and foot protection.
