Second Amendment to Cooling Water Supply Agreement • Increases reclaimed water commitment to OUC to 14.7 mgd in addition to the landfill stormwater • Water will continue to be delivered to OUC’s pond to be used for cooling water • OUC will continue to pay applicable rate • Provides County option to deliver additional cooling water for all future units

  13. Landfill Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement • New agreement directly with OUC • OUC will build/operate gas treatment system • System will be installed in landfill property • County will install/maintain gas collection system • 30 years with two 10-year renewals • Estimated average revenue of $8 million per year based on projected gas production

  14. Action Requested • Approval of: • Second Amendment to and Restatement of the Substitute Agreement Between Orange County, Florida and Orlando Utilities Commission Relating to Cooling Water Supply • Landfill Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement between Orange County and Orlando Utilities Commission
