Performance Overview Force Performance Board held on Thursday 20 October 2005 at 10.00am Target 3 – It was noted Plymouth BCU was the only BCU not recording a reduction in levels of BCS comparator crime. Ch/Supt Watts expressed concern that Force policy and procedures relating to the posting of Probationers hindered BCU performance. It was agreed that ACC(TP) would lead a review team to examine resource levels and deployment issues within the BCU to help identify any inhibitors to performance.
