  2. Oil pulling Oil pulling with sesame or coconut oil may help reduce tooth sensitivity. Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic practice originating from India, which involves swishing oil around the mouth for several minutes before spitting it out.

  3. ChewingGuava leaves • Guava leaves contain flavonoids like quercetin and rutting that exhibit anti-inflammatory properties. These flavonoids help relieve sensitive tooth

  4. Salt water • Salt water is one of the best known remedies to tooth sensitivity or any dental problems as it helps maintain the pH balance of the mouth to create and reduces harmful bacteria in mouth. Salt is also a natural antiseptic that provides instant relief from the sensitive tooth.

  5. Clove oil • Clove oil contains powerful germicidal properties and also helps reduce sensitivity while keeping teeth and gums healthy too. The best way to use it is to combine one drop of clove oil with coconut oil or almond oil and apply on the affected tooth. Wash it off with warm water.

  6. Turmeric • Turmeric is a well known spice and an Ayurvedic remedy for reducing inflammation. Turmeric contains curcumin, which may help relieve sensitivity. Anyone can try making a paste by mixing turmeric and water, then rubbing it into their gums to help reduce tooth sensitivity. However, there is not yet any scientific research to support this use of turmeric.
