  5. Organization Plan • Inter Phase – 12 Weeks • Independent Workshop • Rotation Between 3-4 workshops • Entrepreneurship Phase – 12 Weeks • Interdependent After-School Programs • Collaborative Community Goal • Students are Committed to One of the Four Workshops
