  2. 7 step process – Questions to ask/guide the Client • Take aim • -To reach 50 thousand employers inside the organization and reach 100 Million lives changed 2. Diagnostics & Research - What is of immense value to your organization now (corporate and philanthropic)? - In what areas is your organization struggling? - What is the history of these situations/lifestyles/attitudes/issues? - What will happen if nothing is done? - What are current healthy practices/initiatives within your company? 3. Measurement & Requirements - What is the cost (i.e. time/finances/resources) of implementation? - How are you currently measuring your success, and what are you measuring the results against? - What progress benchmarks would you like to set?

Client’s campaign simplified into stages - Stage 1: Meet and train the executives/coaches/leaders - Stage 2: Train the internal facilitators – the industry subject matter experts - Stage 3: Implement program into the various groups/departments (led by internal facilitators) - Stage 4: Coaching executives/managers/facilitators for sustainability 5. T “act”ics – Actions that need to be taken - What are the logistics and timelines for implementation? (ex: How many facilitators are needed? When will they be trained? When and where will the implementation begin? 6. Accountability - Who will be the leaders/teams within the organization to carry out this plan? Who will be the leaders to carry out this plan within TPI? 7. Contingency Plan - What could be a roadblock to fulfillment of this initiative? - How can these roadblocks be averted to ensure successful implementation and sustainability? - Monitor progress with the Organization and point of contact persons within the organization. Led by TPI master facilitator instructors
