Academic Assessment and Learning Management Course Guidelines

This course consists of individual subject assessments weighted towards learning outcomes and learning management. A minimum of 6 points is required in each subject. Average for the course: 50% Module 1 and 2; 50% Module 3. Each block is graded out of 10 points. Average: 60% Course, 20% Project, 20% Exam. Passing grade is 8/10. If the final average is below 8, a RECOVERY EXAM can be taken: a) If the candidate has scored at least 6 in each subject, they can take the exam in all subjects they wish to improve the average. The score will replace the achievement grade. b) If the candidate has not scored at least 6 in each subject, they can take the exam in a maximum of 2 subjects. In this case, the recovery grade will replace the final subject average. Recovery can also be used to improve the final exam and integrative learning project grades, replacing the initial averages. The Integrative Learning Project recovery will involve submitting a new project based on previous feedback from the instructor during the initial assessment process.

  1. Cada asignatura sobre 10 puntos. El 50% corresponde a logros de aprendizaje y el otro 50% a gestión del aprendizaje. Mínimo 6 en cada asignatura. Promedio del curso: 50% módulo 1 y 2; 50% módulo 3

  2. Cada bloque sobre 10 puntos Promedio: 60%Curso, 20%Proyecto; 20%Examen Se aprueba con un mínimo de 8/10

  3. ¿Qué ocurre si el promedio final es inferior a 8? Se puede rendir un EXAMEN DE RECUPERACIÓN a) El aspirante ha obtenido por lo menos 6 en cada asignatura Los aspirantes podrán rendir la prueba en todas las asignaturas que desee mejorar el promedio. La calificación suplanta la calificación obtenida en logros de aprendizaje. b) El aspirante no ha obtenido por lo menos 6 en cada asignatura Los aspirantes podrán rendir la prueba en un máximo de 2 asignaturas. En este caso, la calificación de recuperación suplanta el promedio final de la asignatura.

  4. La recuperación también podrá ser una opción para mejorar la calificación del examen final y del proyecto de integración de saberes, en cuyo caso suplantará el promedio de calificación obtenido en cada una de ellas. La recuperación de la calificación del Proyecto de Integración de Saberes, consistirá en la presentación de un nuevo proyecto, que incorpore las observaciones y retroalimentaciones realizadas previamente por el docente, en el proceso de evaluación inicial.
