  2. Before Getting behind the wheel.What do we need? We need a manual car, and an empty parking lot, and a new driver Now we have all of those we will begin.

  3. knowing all the important information. • This the gear box, which is for changing gears. By pressing the clutch all the way done WITHOUT pressing the gas the driver can change gears. • In a standard car there are usually 5 speed, and sometimes some have 6 speed. • There are three pedal we need to know. Going from left to right, we have the clutch, brake, and the gas pedal.

  4. Changing Gears. • Box A is when the car is neutral meaning you can jiggle the shifter left and right without stalling the car. • Box B is in gear one which is done by, moving the shifter towards the left and then pushing it up. • Box C is in gear two. Going from gear one to gear two by shifting it down as shown on the picture. • Box D is in gear three which is done by shifting up to the middle, and then slightly to the right as shown on the picture. • Box E is in fourth gear which is done by shifting straight down from gear three • Box F is in fifth gear which is done by shifting to the middle and then right and then up as shown on the picture. • Box G is in reverse is done by shifting the shifter all the way to right and then down as shown on the picture.   5. Step 1 Safety • Enter the vehicle and put your seat belt on. Very important step.

  6. Step 2, Turning the Car on 1.First push the clutch with your left leg all the way down. 2. As your left leg is on the clutch pushed down, turn on the car, and then let go of the clutch.

  7. Step 2, Release the hand brake and prepare to drive. 1. Press the clutch with your left leg all the way down and press the brake with your right leg so the car will not move. 2. . Then Press the tip of the hand brake with your right thumb, and push down 3. Put your right hand on the gear shifter and shift to gear one as the picture demonstrates
