Local Options • Peer Training works! • @MSJC & Fresno City Technology Academies • @MSJC Teaching Academy (BSI Funds) • FLEX Activities: Peers and Administrators • Incentives: FLEX and Materials • Piggy back on existing Training Academies such as San Diego Community College District • Form regional collaboratives/cooperatives with neighboring colleges and districts • Span across the K-20 spectrum, leverage resources from UC, CSU and K-12 including County Office of Education
