  4. Learning Intentions • We will know some things about the consequences of bad behaviour • We will learn why it is important to behave properly in any situation

  5. Products We will reflect on the uncorrect behaviour of Gian Burrasca and present it in four posters with slogans

  6. Who is Gian Burrasca? Giannino Stoppani, named Gian Burrasca (John Storm), is always in trouble with his family, because he can’t prevent from telling the lies or making fun with others. He is nine years old and every day he writes his adventures and jokes to his diary.

  7. The novel was written in 1919 and the author “dedicates it to the Italian children...so that they can hand it to their parents...!” We dedicate our work to the European children

  8. STEP 1 • Read all the diary • Brainstorming: “What’s bad behaviour?” • Analyze and explain the story and the message

  9. STEP 2 Chose a meaningful day in which the children notice an uncorrect behaviour of the main character: 17 october

  10. STEP 3 • We have looked for Gian Burrasca's uncorrect behaviour • In the mean time we have looked around...

  11. STEP 4 • We've looked for the matching correct behaviour • We have looked around again...

  12. STEP 5 Going through the pages of the book we noticed that Vamba has drawn some nice illustrations showing Gian Burrasca's bad behaviour and we've decided to keep them

  13. STEP 6 • Each student has drown some situation and together have chosen the best

  14. STEP 7 We have thought about a suitable slogan for the meaning of the posters and we have selected the best

  16. Analyzing an old text we have undestood that bad behaviour is uncorrect nowadays as it was in the past and that it is important to behave according to the situation
