  3. 何謂電信網路? • 傳統電信網路：提供電信服務之網路 • 凡以有線電、無線電、光學、電磁系統或其他科技產品發送、傳輸或接收符號、文字、影像、聲音之收發等通信服務之網路均屬之 • 現有電信網路: 各自建立之服務網路 • 電話網路：固網與無線/行動通信網路 • 數據網路：網際網路 (上網) 、分封網路, 例如X.25, Frame Relay • 專線網路：實體專線 (T1/E1/SDH..), 虛擬專線 (VPN) …

  4. 傳統電話網路基本架構 • 特色: 品質與穩定 • 缺點: 新服務開發不易 • 常見服務: 增添服務,智慧型網路服務,加值服務 服務資訊網路 (智慧型網路) 交換機 基地台 控制器 電路交換網路

  5. 通信服務發展趨勢 • 寬頻通信技術成熟 • 發展光纖網路及寬頻行動與無線網路 • ICT 技術成熟 • 發展資通相關服務 • 網路電話興起 • Internet 服務多樣化衝擊電信網路 • 服務網路IP 化 • Everything on IP : 語音、影像、 數據等服務均轉化為IP封包 • IP on everything: 封包可以在各種有線、無線的媒介傳送 • 固網, 行網, IPTV • 數位匯流的趨勢 • 語音、影像、數據、多媒體的匯流 • 整體而言電信網路正走向IP 化與數位匯流，網路界線已逐漸模糊，朝向可提供各種用途之整合式網路演進
