  2. Why We Need Dues…. • Graduation is expensive • Guest speaker $10-15k • Family banquet $5-8k • Pre-graduation reception $7k • Match day festivities $7k • Skit night $3k • Awards and prizes $1k • Total costs: $30-40,000

  5. Social • Budgeted $2000 • Post-exam parties, other parties, class picnics • Last year spent $1000, but ran out by November

  6. Formal • Budgeted $2900 • Last Year: • Formal cost $5000 • Sold tickets totaling $3300 • Remaining $1700 came from class funds

  7. Intramural • Budgeted $50 • Use for: • T-shirts, jerseys • Forfeiture fines

  8. E-Board Budget • Budgeted $500 • Used for: • Lunches • Supplies (checks, account fees, etc)

  9. Community Service • Budgeted $50 for various community service activities

  10. IT • Budgeted $100 • Class website, document hosting site ($9/month)

  11. Scrapbook • Budgeted $50 • Class scrapbook

  12. Anatomy Ceremony • Budgeted $50 (last year spent ~$40) • Candles, and other supplies

  13. But we get… • Fundraising: • $350 from class store. • Golf Tourney, family weekend lunches, alumni donations • Student Government: • $500
