  13. MPS的意義 • 主生產排程(Master Production Scheduling)是完成品的計劃表，描述一個特定的完成時間和生產數量 • 決定完成品生產排程及可答應量(ATP)的程序 • 依據MPS，MRP可以計算該完成品需求下所有組件、零件、原材料的補充計劃 • MPS需要考量生產規規劃、預測、待交訂單、關鍵材料、關鍵產能、及管理目標和政策

  14. RCCP的意義 • 粗略產能規劃(RCCP，Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) • 將MPS轉換成關鍵產能需求的過程。 • 關鍵產能包括人力及設備，有時也包括倉儲空間、供應商產能、資金等。關鍵產能需求與可用產能需求的比較，能使MPS更合乎實際。

  15. MRP的意義 • 利用BOM、庫存資料、和MPS來計算材料需求的一套技術 • 物料需求規劃利用BOM將MPS中的完成品需求轉換為半成品及原材料需求 • 利用庫存狀態如在庫量及在途量等，以及Master Item中物料基本資料如前置時間安全存量、廠曆，計算出何時需要多少何種材料

  17. CRP的意義 • 產能需求規劃(CRP，Capacity Requirement Planning) • 決定為完成計畫所需的人力及設備的詳細產能過程。 • CRP輸入MRP中的自製品之計畫訂單收料及在途量，並利用途程檔中的標準工時資料，計算出每一個工作中心在每一期的工時需求。

  18. PTF、DTF • 需求時柵(DTF,Demand Time Fence) • 在MPS計劃期間中的一個時點，設定於目前日期到計劃時柵之間。在目前日期到DTF之間，包含確認了的客戶訂單。在此期間內，除了經過仔細分析和上級核准之修改外，MPS是不能改變的。 • 計劃時柵(PTF,Planning Time Fence) • 計劃時柵介於DTF和計劃期間的最後日期之間。在DTF和PTF間包含了實際以及預測的訂貨。而在PTF之後則只有預測之客戶訂單。
