SC. (HOTEL & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT) Restaurant & Catering Management Resort & Event Management This specialization focuses on all the aspects of entrepreneurship in quick service restaurants as well as fine dining and catering establishments. Graduates would be able to oversee the daily operations of a variety of establishments in the food service industry with innovative and advanced technologies. • This specialization will groom aspiring professionals on the key management skills for Resort Operations Management and planning of business events. AGraduate can manage an entire resort complex having Health fitness, Spa and Casino, organize weddings and run major conference events. This course gives you the experience and industry insight that you need to lead major Events and Speciality Resorts.
