  1. Masters and Cons of Hard and Delicate Night Gatekeeper Teeth clenching and grinding, is a dental problem which is also known as Bruxism. Habitual grinding and clenching of teeth can be very damaging to the overall oral health. it not only causes a host of issues such as headaches, jaw pain, sleep disorders, but also becomes the reason behind cracked or chipped teeth, and TMJ disorders. Teeth grinding include some common symptoms such as Facial pain Headaches, Earache, and Broken teeth or fillings. Bruxism is pretty common as well as can be destructive to teeth. but there is now plenty of hard-soft night guard for it on the market that helps those who grind and clenches their teeth while sleeping. The role of both hard and soft night guards is to protect the teeth and jaw. but while getting a night guard, people usually got confused that whether they should choose the soft night guard or the hard one.
