  3. 2. HEALTHY FOOD • People are concerned about their health • Diets – especially woman go on diets regularly • Natural state – the closer a food is to its natural state, the better it is for us. • So what should we eat? • What should we drink?

  4. 2.1 Unhealthy Foods • Battered and deep fried foods • Sugary sodas • Processed lunch meats • Greasy snack chips • Most canned spaghetti and ravioli • White bread and refined pasta • Sugary breakfast cereals • Frozen fried chicken, fish sticks and corn dogs

  5. 2.2 Healthy Foods • Green and brightly colored vegetables • Fresh fruits and berries • Dark leafy greens and lettuce • Lean turkey and chicken • Nuts, dried fruits and healthy snacks

  6. Cold water oily ocean fish • Low fat milk or soy beverages • Nuts, seeds and legumes • Whole grain breads and pasta • Healthy cooking oils like canola and olive oils • Grass fed beef and bison

  7. 2.3 Healthy Advices 2.3.1 Healthy Foods for Snackers : • Fruits • Crunchy vegetables • Nuts • A small piece of high quality chocolate

  11. 3.HEALTHY LIFESTYLE • Regular exercise • Plenty of rest • Enough sleep • Good eating habits • A lot of vitamins • No smoking • No alcohol

  12. 3.1 Exercise • Simple Ways to Move Your Body: • Turn off the TV • Walk more • Do some chores • Pace while you talk • Be aware

  13. 4. ADozen Ways to Live Longer: • Laugh more. • Eat less. • Get more exercise. • Live in the country. • Get spiritual • Drink a glass of wine a day. But only a glass! • Always look on the bright size. • Go Japanese. • Eat more fruit and vegetables. • Keep learning. • Stay close to family and friends. • Don´t smoke.
