  4. Topics Covered This course will cover the following topics: • Logic Theory • Proof Techniques • Fundamental Structures • Counting • Discrete Probability • Graph Theory

  5. Course Policy • If you are absent from a class, you should present your excuse (signed by the committee of excuses) no later than two weeks from your absence. Late excuses will not be accepted. • If you come late to the lecture two times, you will receive an one lecture absence. • There is NO make-up for quizzes. If you miss a quiz, you will receive a ZERO. • If you miss a midterm, you should present your excuse (signed by the committee of excuses) no later than one week from the mid.

  6. Grading • 1st midterm (20%) will be on the 9thweek of the semester. 29 oct,2013 ,Tuesday 6th lecture. • 2nd midterm (20%) will be on the 15thweek of the semester. 10 Dec,2013, Tuesday 6th lecture. • Quizzes(10%) • Quiz 1 : At Tuesday 6th lecture week#6 . ( 8,oct,2013) • Quiz 2: At Tuesday 6th lecture week#12. (19,Nov,2013) • Workshop(10%). • Final exam (40%).
