  5. As Project Progresses Caltrans will provide timeline for deliverables from industry. Industry will provide engineered plans and specifications. Caltrans will verify that there is no conflict between the broadband installation proposal and Caltrans’ transportation project. 5

  6. Need for Agreement Document A Highway Improvement Agreement (HIA) document will be necessary to formalize the project partnership.
