Effects of Indomethacin and b-BuTX on Membrane Voltage in Neuronal Cells
This study investigates the impact of Indomethacin and b-BuTX on membrane voltage in neuronal cells. Using varying concentrations of b-BuTX (10 pM and 10 µM) and assessing different concentrations of Indomethacin, we analyzed membrane voltage responses. Results indicate significant alterations in membrane potential and activation thresholds in the presence of these compounds, providing insights into their pharmacological effects on neuronal excitability. Data from control and treatment groups reveal distinctive patterns that may elucidate underlying mechanisms of action.
