  1. Hotel Management is a professional course in which students are trained and educated about the services that are rendered in hotel/hospitality industry. Students studying in Hotel Management Institute are trained in activities such as:- •Food production and services. •Beverage production and services. •Front desk operations. •Housekeeping services. •Marketing and finance of hotel/hospitality industry. •Internal operation of hotel industry. A proper hotel management course is a three year full fledged course in which students are taught all the basic as well as intermediate services that are rendered in hotels/hospitality industry. In the third year, students are given the opportunity / option to choose specialized subjects. It would be advisable for students to opt for those stream which consists more topics on either Food Production or Hotel Management operations. These two streams are given most importance by both hotel/hospitality industry as well as other Multi-National Organisation. As students who are from specialised field of food production would have the knowledge to make international cuisines as well as would also have the knowledge in managing the operations of hotel industry. Such as in “The Taj Hotels, Westin Hotels, Radisson Hotels, ITC Group of Hotels, and many more.” In this context many Multi-National Corporation places hotel management students who are specialized in the field of internal as well as external operations of the industry. Such as:- •Public Relations Manager and Executer in order to maintain a proper customer relations with their clients for the well being of the company. •Human Resource Manager to maintain the internal operation of the enterprise such as employee well-fare being, company costs management, employee performance and many more. •Marketing of the organisation. This is one of the most important work for the external operation of the organisation. To promote the growth as well as improving the sales of the corporation products and services.
