  18. Implementation Plan Analyze Mud Dawgz will use the Train-the-Trainer which involves having a few experts and using them throughout the organization to train other employees. We have chosen this method because it frees up our developers and allows them to continue to their next object without having to deal with other problems. These trainers will be able to provide feedback to our developers regarding the progress of system training and conversion. Design Development Test Implement Maintain

  19. Implementation Plan Analyze Once Mud Dawgz is complete with its’ training, Training manuals will be created and available to employees if any issues arise. Training manuals provide a great resource to the employees because many issues that do come can be solved by refereeing back to the manual. Design Development Test Implement Maintain

  20. Implementation Plan Analyze Mud Dawgz will make use of the Plunge conversion method. This method best suits because it immediately discards the old system completely and switches to the new system. Another reason for Mud Dawgz to use the Plunge conversion method is its Reduction of costs by only deploying resources to the new system. It will also eliminate confusion among employees when we create our new website and switch to the new system. Design Development Test Implement Maintain

  21. Maintenance Plan Analyze To ensure that Mud Dawgz’s website and the system stay maintained, we will create a help desk. The help desk will assist customers and employees who experience problems while using the website and the system. Our help desk will also provide feedback to the development team and inform them of common problems that need to be addressed which can include; problems that occurred during the training process, and to alert the developers of systems errors called “bugs”. Our Help desk will also funnel information about faults in our system to the IT department to resolve problems. Design Development Test Implement Maintain

Corrective maintenance- Mud Dawgz will make repairs to any system defects that are discovered by the IT team, employees, and customers. Preventive maintenance- Mud Dawgzprevention maintenance will be based on the feedback from our customers and employees. When Mud Dawgz has enough sufficient information to make a change, the changes will be handled by our IT.
