Department of JusticeCivil Recovery Section • Assists Agencies with collection of debts – both liquidated and unliquidated • Represents the Division of Child Support (DCS) in creating, enforcing and collecting child support judgments • Federally mandated Child Support Program (CSP) • CSP = DCS and 26 partner DA offices

  3. Child Support Program Collections • $1 million per day • $349.5 million in FY 2012 • 2012 collections increased $4.75 million from 2011
