  2. Aristolochia Milhomens • Pain in tendo-Achillis. • Stiffness of legs. • Pain in back and extremities. • Pain in heels, burning in anus and frequent irritation. • Itching and swelling around malleoli. • Disgusting dreams

  3. Propylamin • Pain in wrists and ankles ; aggravated by slightest motion [Bry] with copious diarrhoea. • Great restlessness and thirst. • Tingling and numbness of fingers. • Pain in wrist and ankle, unable to stand. • It is Act spicata + Rhus tox • Rheumatic metastasis esp. heart lesions.

  4. Oleum Jecoris Aselli • Aching in elbows and knees, in sacrum. • Chronic rheumatism, with rigid muscles and tendons. • Burning in palms. • Internally , a nutrient and a hepatic and pancreatic remedy.[ Burnnett]

  5. Nat ars • A remedy for nasal catarrh, with headache, pain at root of nose , dry and painful eye. • Facilitates the termination of the cold and conserves strength and appetite. • Psoriasis. • Sinusitis .

  6. Slag [blast iron furnace cinder] • Anal itching , piles, and constipation is a concomitant to knee pain. • Housemaid’s knee .Pain both knee caps, dull, aching , shooting along through knees. < ascending upstairs. [ < descending Arg met , < both ascending and descending Badiaga ] • Abdominal flatulent distension and lumbago. • Analogue to Lycopodium.

  7. Aconite ferox • More violent in action then Acon nap. • Proved valuable in cardiac dyspnoea, neuralgia and gout. • Dyspnoea , must sit up. • Rapid respiration. • Anxiety , with suffocation from feeling of paralysis in respiratory muscles.

  8. Amon phos • To remove nodosities of the joints of the fingers and back of hands. • Sneezing with excessive running from nose and eye, only in morning. • Coldness agg least draft of cold air.

  10. Sycotic .co • When indicated drugs like R.T,. Ferr m. Thuja fail. Excellent intercurrent drug • Mostly ankle, sole, big toe, fingers affected. • Chilly patient .< first motion , rest, night, cold . > heat , motion • Eggs nauseate, desire salt, sweet and sour • Mind : tense, restless and fearful

  11. Arsenicum hydrogenisatum • Pain in hollow of knee, almost as a specific. The only drug given against the rubric, pain in hollow of knee, rising from seat • < rising from sitting , cold damp weather. • Anxiety ,despair and thirst like Ars alb

  12. Argemone mexicana • Left knee stiff and painful • Feet swollen • Preventing sleep • < afternoon

  13. Jacaranda • Pain right knee. • Morning soreness and stiffness. • < motion • Gonorrheal and syphilitic arthritis

  14. Helianthus • Pain in left knee with thick scab in nose. • < by heat [ Led, Guaicum ] • < descending stairs

  15. Asclepias tuberosa • Pain left knee • Sensation as if adhesion being broken up on bending. • Shooting pain • Profuse perspiration

  16. Fel tauri • One of the good remedy to dissolve gall stones. • It is also useful if a stone is lodged in the common bile duct. • Disordered digestion, diarrhea, and pain in the nape of neck are among its chief symptoms.

  17. Paris quadrifolia • Sense of weight and weariness in nape of neck and across shoulders. • Neuralgia ,beginning in left intercostal region , and extending into left arm. • Fingers often feel numb > open air {kalmia < open air }

  18. Cajuputam • Spasmodic stricture of esophagus. • Constricted sensation on swallowing solid food. • Tongue feels swollen, fills whole mouth. • A remedy for flatulence and affections of the tongue. • Compare Alumen which has hard tongue and dysphagia especially to liquids .

  19. Guaicum • A remedy for carpal tunnel syndrome. • A remedy for tennis elbow. • Sensitiveness and < from local heat , 6pm to 4am, motion and wet cold weather. • Desire for apple. Aversion milk. • > pressure. • Tendency to stretch.

  20. Hedeoma • Frequent and sudden urging. • Cutting burning pains from left kidney to bladder. • > after urination • Accompanied with gastritis

  21. Hydrangia • Renal stone due to residual urine caused due to enlarged prostrate or stricture urethra • Urine hard to start • Sharp pain in loins especially left (Ipomoea-on starting) • Burning in urethra with frequency with great thirst and RBC or frank blood in urine.

  22. Ipomoea • Kidney disorder with pain in small of back especially in left lumber muscle • < stooping, accompanied with much abdominal flatulency.

  23. Menispermum • Migraine with restlessness and dreams. • Sick headache • Pain in forehead and temples moving to occiput • Compare Cocculus and Bry

  24. Niccolum • Periodical nervous sick headaches • With asthenopia, weak digestion and constipation • Suits debilitated, nervous literary persons with frequent sick headaches, dyspepsia and constipation • Migraine first on left side

  25. Onosmodium • Headache from eyestrain and sexual weakness. • Acts as if born tired • Occipito-frontal pain in morning on waking chiefly left sided

  26. Tongo • Tearing pains in hip joints, femur and knee especially left side. • Useful in neuralgia: pertussis.

  27. Salol • This has been mentioned in Boricke’s materia medica in relation to Salicylic acid which is useful in rheumatism, dyspepsia and Meniere’s disease. • Rheumatic pains in joints , with soreness and stiffness. • Headache over eyes. • Urine violet smelling.

  28. Wiesbaden • Falling of hairs

  29. Mancnella • Hair falls after acute sickness.

  30. Thallium • Alopecia after acute and exhaustive disorders.

  31. Lappa-arctium • Eruptions on the head ,face and neck, pimples, acne. • Styes and ulcerations on the edg f the eyelids. • Crops of boils and styes.
