  2. Reporting • 20 Projects are now in the process of reporting.

  3. 3rd Call • In February 2016 the Monitoring Committee approved: • 1. SECURE • 2.WATERPRO • 3. ASCENT • 4. E-LIGHTHOUSE • 5. BUSK

  4. eMS and Reporting • Main Projects run for a period of 36 months which includes the submission of the final reporting of the project. • Main projects are expected to submit a project report on a 6-monthly basis. • The reporting periods are decided on the basis of the project implementation start date, which means that the reporting periods differ from project to project • After the end of the reporting period, projects have 3 months to submit their complete project report, which includes the certification of costs by FLC. • Project reporting periods are visible in GOL and in eMS

  5. eMS and Reporting • Reporting deadline A complete Project Report procedure is set to a maximum of three months after the end of the reporting period. • It is up to the Lead Partner to set internal deadlines for project partners in order to meet the 3-month deadline. • Please note that First Level Controllers are entitled to 2 months for their certification of the costs. • For the 1st and 2nd reporting periods the programme has applies flexibility*
