Answers to Your Questions… • Operational data processing – We’re a small city (residence halls, insurance (HIPPA), personnel data, personal data (FERPA), banking data • WAN (Optical Interfaces) – OC-3, OC-12, OC-48 • Bandwidth – Virtually unlimited, plans to increase include NLR and 10GigE peering relationship • Current provider – OneNet (unique relationship) – true partnership • Diversity – All buildings are dual homed to both routing nodes. This is a design standard. No SONET ring, but this can be accomodated. • Not a lot of satellite experience on our IT staff, however, that expertise does exist in the Norman area. • No known RF regulations outside of FCC regulations
