  3. Tokyo TV Tower The Tokyo Tower is 333 meters high. Since 1958, it has been the world's tallest self-supporting iron tower. The Eiffel tower is only 320 meters tall. The Tokyo tower weighs 4000 tons which is much lighter than the Eiffel tower which weighs 7000 tons. The tower is painted in white and orange to meet aviation safety regulations. The Tokyo tower broadcasts 14 signals for radio and television. The Tower has a lightning rod on the top. Visitors can take an elevator to an observatory level which provides excellent views of the city.

  7. Fuji yama Mt. Fuji , also known as Fuji-san is the well-known dormant volcano of Japan. Fuji is the highest volcano in Japan, at a height of 12,387 feet (3,776 meters). Fuji rises in a typical cone form. At the summit of the volcano is a circular crater 2000 feet (610 meters) in diameter. Fuji has erupted at least 16 times since 781 AD. The most recent eruption of Fuji was from November 24, 1707 through January 22, 1708.
