About Us • Co-Owners Brian Pithers and Brad Burwell founded Pressure Tech, LLC in 2007 and with hard work, have developed a successful company with a long list of satisfied clients. • Pressure Tech is fully licensed and insured, including General Liability, Pollution Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance. • We offer many specialized services for our clients including, but not limited to, sewer-jetting, concrete and tile steam cleaning, pavement striping, and we now offer water recovery! • Just ask and we’ll provide you with a list of happy clients willing to recommend our services.

Services Concrete & Tile Cleaning – we’ll use our floor unit and/or pressure wand to eliminate gum, dirt, grease, grime, mold and most stubborn stains from your concrete sidewalk, patio, pad, drive-through, parking lot, concession, kitchen, and restroom areas. We also offer water recovery so nothing else gets wet!

  4. Services, continued. Sewer Jetting – we’ll steam clean all of your floor drains with low pressure heated water and steam up to 300 degrees, eliminating all grease and most clogs in three hours or less. This process eliminates odors in kitchens, bar areas, and bathrooms. When placed on a regular maintenance schedule*, most of our clients never have to call a plumber for their drains again! * quarterly maintenance recommended in most cases.

  5. Services, continued. Pavement Striping – We’ll clean your lot of dirt, grime, and debris and then restripe the old faded lines. By starting with a clean surface, your lines will adhere better and last longer than striping over a dirty surface.
