  3. His field of study was hematology He discovered a rare blood disease called ITP or Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

  4. He thought to inject himself with a pint of someone with itp’s blood .

  5. Doing this he had a outbreak of little red or purple dots called purpura

  6. Interesting facts I have the disease he discovered ( ITP ) ITP is such a unknown disease today that its Not possible to have a regular care regimen There are no doctors in Brevard county that specialize in hematology peditricly
