  5. What are Rhyming Words? Rhyming words are words that sound similar, or the same, at the ends. Words that rhyme are part of the the same word family.

  8. Your Assignment • Write your name and the date on the paper that is being passed out. • Make a list of at least 3 rhyming words for each word family. • Write a silly sentence using at least 2 of the rhyming words from a group and illustrate it. Example: The cat was wearing a hat.
