  6. CBL Differential Dx are AP, PE, dissection, etc I don’t know diff. dx for chest pain… What do you think the dx is? Why? Sounds like Angina Pectoris. Newly emerged or repetitive? 65yo man felt oppressive chest pain while walking at 7am

  7. 外来患者の診察Clinical Exam in Outpatient Dept Vertebral disc hernia is most suspected… When I carried heavy box, sudden lumbar pain hit me. After that I cannot stand up. Hx taking was done. Please wait. Dr will do physical exam and explanation later.

  8. 質問とフィードバックQuestioning and Feedback St: 40yo woman complains of bilateral chronic headache with stiff neck. Dr: What do you think? St: Tension headache is most likely. Dr: Why do you think that? St: Headache is not sudden but chronic and bilateral. Dr: Which dx did you exclude? St: Neurological exam showed no abnormal findings. Large brain tumor or hemorrhage is unlikely. Dr: Good job. Don’t forget the report. St: Thank you.

  11. 有意義な評価のコツTips for Meaningful Evaluation • 質的データ→量的データ Proceed from qualitative to quantitative data • まずは結果を出す To report is priority • 評価は改善の第一歩 Evaluation is 1st step to improve • 自分たちの教育評価データがあって初めてKMUの改善が可能に Cannot improve KMU until own evaluation data is available
