There are three types of system recovery in Hp laptop but your laptop might have only two options depending on its model. First is System Recovery which reformats the system drive, reinstalls the original O.S and reinstalls all the original hardware drivers and software. Second is Factory Reset and the third one is Minimized Image Recovery.

In this blog, you’ll learn system recovery, here are the steps:

  • Turn off your HP laptop and disconnect all the connected devices and cables.
  • Now, turn on the computer and go to Start button>All Programs>Recovery Manager again click Recovery Manager.
  • If computer asks for Administratorpassword, enter it correctly for the confirmation. Click ‘Yes’ button after this.
