Scope • Technical • Nuclear nonproliferation, nuclear stockpile stewardship, emergency mgt, intelligence analysis, specialized transport, environmental, high performance computing, modeling/simulation, physics, laser and pulsed power technology, counter terrorism, program and project mgt, safety and health, QA, facilities operations, policy analysis

Scope, cont. • Management, Operations, Administration (MOA) • Program integration, project mgt, translation and interpretation, security functions and security mgt, correspondence center and mailroom, equipment and services distribution, transportation (domestic and international), acquisition support, records mgt, workshop and conference support, human resources, financial mgt services, and preparing correspondence, testimony, and responses to Congressional inquiries.

None of the Above • Majority of previous effort under three “bridge contracts,” all to large businesses • No intent to terminate previous contracts, including those to small businesses • Multiple awards anticipated, with strong preference for small business • BPAs not mandatory—programs can continue to go to existing small businesses • Highly suitable for teams of small businesses
