  9. 儲存 編輯(功能:當無法完全顯示時,可以使用此功能鍵進行作業) 系統中欄位說明有帶*號時,可以使用此按鈕.快捷鍵F9 新增一項記錄 刪除一項記錄 複製記錄.F3複製儲存格(即該選擇的前一筆的儲存格)F4複製前筆完整記錄 更新記錄 進入查詢模式，快揵鍵F7 執行查詢，快揵鍵F8 升冪或降冪排列 訊息 退出當前畫面
