Estate agents just want to earn Commission, and it is your duty to know about the neighbourhood before you make any commitment. Let's talk about a few more good places to live in London. Other than that, there is nothing to do. You can just rent out an apartment for sleep and go spend your time somewhere else. The main problem which I don't like with the neighbourhood is there is a clear issue of trash collection. Tottenham Tottenham has been on the list of the most dangerous areas to live in London for more than a couple of decades. Southall Southall is known as little India or little Pakistan because most of the residents living in Southall are from these two countries. People from other countries or cultural backgrounds might feel a bit excluded from the local community, and many times it becomes hard for a new person to adjust to such a community. You won't ?nd much positive news about the neighbourhood in any news. Dagenham First of all, Dagenham is located very far from the city centre. Walthamstow Walthamstow became one of the most trendings plays a few years ago when young professionals and millennials were buying their ?rst homes at a very low price.
