  6. By the time you are 65 years old you will have seen 2 million television commercials

  7. Television is about advertising. • Advertising is about selling people things they don’t need. • The more we have the more we throw away

  8. Television also effects The music we hear…

  9. Only 2 companies control Over 60% of the Music Videos you see on TV

  12. Television affects how we act….

  15. Television affects many behaviors • 91% of kids say they have been upset or scared by what they see on TV • 77% of teens say they learned about relationships from watching TV
