San Marcos, CA 92024 37-AA-0008 1 2 The three northern down drains had been repaired and two of the inlets were reinforced with a rock and concrete configuration. The horizontal gas line removed during repairs was still capped at both ends (arrow). Photo #1 was taken looking north. Eroded soil in the down drain along a western bench road had been cleared of eroded soil in the outlet portion of the down drain. Photo #2 was taken looking south. San Marcos, CA 92024 37-AA-0008 3 The down drain on the lower western bench road that appeared to have come apart at a seam approximately 10 feet inside of the drain pipe was reevaluated and may involve excavation or a confined space entry to complete repairs.
