  2. Service Service, everyone expect and hoping to get the best service so that in future if they plan for next trip then they recommend the same hotels and others too. We hope to get the morning tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner on time and all meals with delicious variants and room service to keep clean and maintain.

  3. Transportation If you are planning for the business trip and trip of limited time period then everyone expect to rid of from the traffic.  So what they do? They expect the hotel that should be near railway station, or metro station or the location should be in the mid of city to reach anywhere and cover equal distance. Also note that the parking facilities should be provided.

Location The location matter lot and it's the big issue like if you didn't choose the right location.  If your selecting the hotel only in terms of money then might be it cost you more than the expensive hotel. Suppose one hotel whose is inexpensive but they don't provide the breakfast or charge extra cab cost. For which what you will do you will search the restaurant outside and cab to reach their. The cost indirectly increases. Another hotel with cab, dinner and breakfast facilities all are included in it. Now, if you do the comparison the expensive hotel overall cost you less than the inexpensive hotel.   5. Necessities Our business corporates, timing means lot to us. If a hotel doesn't have a Wi-Fi- facilities then it's not worth-able or might be they charge extra amount for it. At the price point, need to think to select the something better that provides all charges included on it.  So, pre-book the hotels with wifi- facilities.

  6. Space Space matters like a room with bed is sufficient for tourist but when combining it for a business purpose on trip then chair is must and desk will be appreciated. Choosing the hotel is required to check all the minor things to make your trip run smoothly as possible. So select the rooms with sufficient space. For the most average business travellers should look the above points to at least get the something from not getting anything or avoiding the minor things can cost you more in terms of money.
