  1. ООО СП «Баштекс» 2012

  2. It is known that the process of Oil treatment and transportation is accompanied by evaporation of hydrocarbons, which enter the atmosphere and thus affect herbals, animals, health of people and also increase fire hazard at locations. To exclude these losses and to heal the ecological situation in the regions of Oil production, Bashenft together with Permian International, Ltd had formed a joint venture Bashtex in 1994 which for almost 20 years has been involved in vapor recovery business. Within the next five years VRU had been installed and put into operation on all the tank farms of Bashneft in the territory f Bashkortostan. Currently three are 14 running units which together save around 50,000 tons of Oil and around 10 mln cubic meters of associated petroleum gas.

  3. Not counting for Bashneft, Bashtex is also involved in many other VRU projects all over Russia and Kazakhstan which shows the importance of the offered technology.

  4. Following modern requirements, Bashtex together with a packager OZNA (Octobersky, Bashkortostan)) began building gas compression stations to collect small volumes of gas at low pressures based on VRU technology. All the equipment within a vapor recovery unit is certified in Russia and possesses other required approvals and certificates.
