  3. Claire Ennion I am a very conscientious person and like to ensure a job is done to it’s best. I have a high level attention to detail but I am a very fun, outgoing Individual. I have worked with some amazing and interesting people through the years with all levels of management and different types of nationalises and therefore understand the expectations of different management hierarchy. I believe this has given me a great deal of knowledge, professionalism and character. The next few slides will evidence my skills and attributes I can bring to you.

  4. Meetings & Events The next three slides will show some case study events I have organised in my previous roles. I have also heavily organised day to day meetings which include; Brownbag Lunches Lunchtime 1hr sessions for Director to answer any employee Q&A’s (once a month sessions) Country Integration Road shows Road shows across all the main European sites to give presentations to all employee s about the integration of Global field services. Arrangements for the Director and Management team to visit each country. Help the communications manager with printing , couriering of merchandise, Pamphlets' to each country. Help set up stand and hand out any freebies and communications. Quarterly Board Meetings – Across European Sites Board Meetings across Europe on a quarterly basis. My involvement was to arrange Hotel, flights, Transfers, Dinner Taking the minutes of the meetings and typing them up and distributing and following up on the actions .

Case Study 1Sales Conference - Malta Summary My role as executive assistant to the Global Field Service Director was to work direct with the Marketing & Communication Manager, sales manager and operations director to ensure key messages and the vision of the event were delivered. Ensuring the agreed budget for the event was managed. This included; Sourcing a central location in Europe to hold the event and coordinating the venue, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire suppliers. Arrange a guest speaker who can deliver the same message as the event. We discussed with Monty our Key messages and he devised his presentation around this. Monty Halls – Guest Speaker http://www.montyhalls.co.uk/ Arrange a management Photo shoot for presentation usage and video for part of the conference introduction to the event. Arrangements for 300 Delegates across Europe- Flights , transfers, accommodation, Meals Awards Dinner Ceremony – Dinner, Entertainment, Awards, Presentations Arrange Name badges, Welcome Packs, Merchandise for the event Manage a rehearsal with presenters and Guest Speakers to ensure timings and presentations were all in the same format for the actual day of the conference. Ensuing a post-event evaluation was completed for the next years conference.

Case Study 2Nurses Graduation Ball Summary This was a private event and my role was to arrange the 2001 Nurses Graduation ball for the Bedfordshire university, Diploma of Nursing. 200 Graduating Nurses Budget of £50 per head Location – Pendley Manor Theme – Hollywood Glamour Oscar Awards Ceremony to Top 5

  7. Case Study 3Bizzybee Lifestyle Summery I set up Bizzybee Lifestyle in 2004. My clientele areoverseas clients needing assistance in UK & Europe. A Private Equity firm in the USA needed assistance to send Hampers to all of their top 200 customers for Christmas Presents. My role was to source and down select hampers for the client to make a final decision and then arrange with the hamper company the delivery of hampers to the customers. There were three types of hampers, ranging From$50,$100, $150 and these were distributed between the 200 customers at the client’s request. http://www.wyndhamandgunn.co.uk/
