LIMA to LAD and VG to D1 • RCA and LCx normal • 1996Angina recurrence. • Cor angio 30% LMS stenosis • 70% LAD stenosis and distal LIMA stenosis at anastomosis • RCA and LCx remain normal. • Medical treatment. Diltiazem • 2003Bifemoral PTA for claudication. Clopidogrel and aspirin. Extensive Bruising. Stopped aspirin • 4.2.07ACS. Acute Inferior MI • Elderly 88. 35kg. Kyphotic. Arteriosclerotic. • Palpable femoral pulses L>R

  2. 5.2.07 Cor angio and RCA stenting LIMA and D1 graft patent. Stenoses at toe of LIMA and in LAD Sub-total occlusion of proximal RCA Proceed to reopen RCA: JR4 guide. Choice Extrasupport PT wire Maverick 2.0 x 15 to 14 atm. Co-Star DES over distal lesion Ostium dilated with 3.0 x 15 balloon 4.0 x 20 Liberte BMS to overlap 1st stent distally and to cover ostium proximally. Minor distal disease in RCA and LCA not touched
