  12. La mini - TAPP La mini-TAPP è una tecnica riproducibile e facilmente eseguibile. Non aumenta le difficoltà dell’intervento e presenta dei vantaggi rispetto alla laparoscopia standard. L’uso di strumenti miniaturizzati riduce il trauma parietale, le complicanze di parete e consente una dimissione più precoce I risultati preliminari ottenuti, sono soddisfacenti, ma questi devono essere confermati da studi clinici controllati.
