  1. Breakfast on the Run • Prepare what you can the night before you will need it. • Choose healthy, travel friendly options, like overnight oats.

  2. Breakfast on the Run • Whirr frozen fruit, lowfat yogurt, and 100% fruit juice together for a quick smoothie. • Then you can just pour it into a mug and zip right out the door.

  3. Breakfast on the Run • Build your own breakfast sandwich… • Lean protein (eggs, turkey bacon, etc) • Whole grains (whole grain toast or muffin) • Vegetables (tomato, spinach, etc)

  4. Lunch on the Run • Fill a thermos or travel mug with pureed vegetable soup. • Choose broth-based soups over cream-filled options.

  5. Lunch on the Run • Wrap it! • Layer hummus, sliced veggies, lettuce, and lowfat cheese in a whole grain pita or wrap for an easy, portable meal.
