  2. Record audio in X-Lite. • Find out the directory which stores recorded voice, and how to change that.

  3. Ask student to team up. • Capture RTP streams according to SDP. • Verify the src/dst ports are consistent with the ones indicated in fields c and m.

  4. Inspect RTP packets. • Calculate its size. • Explain the value of seq and timestamp. • Do they always start from 0? • See RFC 3550 P.15

  5. configure X-Lite to use different codecs • Check how the field of Payload Type in RTP changes accordingly.

  6. Inspect RTCP packets. • How often does your SIP UA generate RTCP reports? • Do X-Lite and Linphone generate RTCP reports in different frequency? • Can you adjust that?
