The Sonderprogramm “Akademischer Neuaufbau Südosteuropa” project focuses on transferring knowledge in embedded systems design from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus to universities in South-East Europe. The goal is to improve technical expertise, specifically in Wireless Sensors Networks (WSNs) and System-on-Chip (SoC) design. Various activities will be carried out in the SEE countries to understand their needs and integrate new knowledge into their educational and research processes. The project includes training, study stays in Germany, curriculum improvement meetings, workshops for research exchange, and a final meeting in Frankfurt (Oder). Participants should coordinate with BTU Cottbus for all administrative matters and submit original travel expense documents. Bank account details and instructions for international money transfers are required for all participants. Contact krstic@ihp-microelectronics.com for further information.
